BOOK OUT AFTER 2 WEEKS | IMPROMPTU PLANS

HELLOOOOOO READERS!!! Okay... I know it's really been a LONGGG time since we've updated this blog... The reason is because Hilman is serving NS now and we could only meet up after his 2 weeks confinement!! So.... here it is!!

Yesterday, I planned the date and decided to bring him to eat steak. BUT, after we met up, we realised that the restaurant place was not very convenient for us.... So in the end, Hilman came up with an impromptu plan to go Gardens By The Bay and eat the satay! We end up buying this kebab rice which you can choose either chicken or lamb kebab. It looks kinda like chicken rice but just that it is kebab chicken rice. If that make sense. :/ We bought 20 sticks of satay ( which we ended up not eating it, because we were too full from the kebab rice, but don't worry we did not waste it. Hilman brought it home. Hahahaha!) and 4 drinks (2 each because we were so thirsty). The hawker centre was too crowded so we decided to dapao our food and went to Marina Barage to eat!

We really enjoyed the time spent together just having a simple dinner date and heart to heart talks. Since Hilman is in the NS, we could only meet up during the weekends! So.... will try to update as much as i can! (i always says this :/) Love, VanillaChocolate

GRADUATION 2015

HAPPY GRADUATION TO BOTH OF US!!!

It's the time of the year!! Both of us finally graduated from Higher Nitec- Events Management! :)

Both of us have been looking forward to this graduation and it finally happened yesterday! It was a really great achievement for both of us and ITE has definitely taught us a lot. ITE holds so much of memories that both of us will never forget. Not only the awesome friends that we have made but also it is the place that we found each other. From being just normal classmates to friends and now to lovers. People say "Unexpected love is always the best one" No doubt it is! :) Now that we have officially graduated, it is time for both of us to pursue our next chapter! Love, VanillaChocolate

ADVENTURE COVE | THE LONGEST RIDE | SATURDATE

Hello readers!! So as you can see from the title.... we finally went to Adventure Cove!! We have actually planned to go Adventure Cove like a few months back but we always did not get the chance to go because of school projects and stuffs. So last week we were thinking about where to go for our date and so Hilman suggested that we should go Adventure Cove and yeah! :)
We did not managed to take much photos with out phone because we do not have waterproof phones or casing to protect our phones. However, the staffs there were really nice and kind to help us take 11 photos of us and we ended up buying all 11 of it at just $40! It's really worth it because one photo cost about $25 and we bought 11 photos for just $40! They even helped to burn into a CD for us and all we have to do is to transfer it to our laptop and just keep the photos for memories!

After adventure cove, we bought movie tickets to.......

If you readers out there love to watch romance movies, this is one of the romance movies that you should really look out for! The story line is really touching and meaningful! Rate it 4/5! We have already watched like 4 romance movies together including this and all 4 of it were really good and touching! The other 3 was The Fault in Our Stars, If I Stay and The Best of Me.

Last Saturday, we went out to town to look for Xin Ni's school bag because school is starting on Monday and so.... new school, new bag! :) If that makes sense. Hahahaha!!! We have already decided to go Aeropostale to just check out their bags and i guess that day was our lucky day! Because.... the first bag that we saw, Xin Ni fell in love with it and she was so happy to find out that there is a $20 discount!! So she bought a bag for $69.90 which the original cost was actually $89.90! :D What a good deal!
Because we did not expect that we will be able to buy the bag so fast we ended up just spending our day taking long walks, chit-chatting! As for dinner, we had The Manhattan Fish Market but unfortunately, we were so hungry that we forgot to take a photo of our food... HAHAHAHA! But the food was sooooo gooddd... Yum!

So yeah! Thank you for reading and we will update this blog as frequent as we can!

FAST& FURIOUS 7 | JAPANESE FOOD DATE

Heyyyy, Vanilla Chocolate is backkkk! Last Saturday, we decided to watch Fast & Furious 7!

It was really good and definitely worth it and the tribute to Paul Walker was so touching! Rate it 5/5!

We had our lunch before the movie and it was really funny how we are always deciding what to eat because both of us are okay with everything. So we ended up eating Burger King and Burger King is usually what we always eat when we are at Vivo. HAHAHA!

As for dinner, we went to Ramen Ten to have some good Japanese food!!

Hilman's dish- Grilled Salmon (?) with fries, rice and soup!

9TH MONTHSARY | IKEA | WEDNESDAY CAFE

Hello! It's VanillaChocolate! Yesterday was our 9th months together and so.....

HAPPY 9TH MONTHSARY TO US!!

We started our day by going to IKEA at Tampines with Hilman's family to pick out a new sofa bed, coffee table and some other house stuffs for his family! We spent like 4 hours walking around IKEA to get all the stuffs!

After all that shopping, we headed to Joo Chiat road and found our way to the Wednesday Cafe! We literally used the GPS because we were so lost and it was about a 12 mins walk from the Tanjong Pagar Complex. 

This is the view that you will see once you enter the cafe. Extremely LOVE the interior design as it looks so cozy!

They even have this wall with words saying "Wednesday is the new Friday" LOVE it so much too! 

What i really love about this cafe are these cute little passport card that will be given to you if you are a first timer at their cafe! The best part of it is that you can get a free 1 hour pass on your 4th visit!

The plate of desserts filled with 2 chocolate brownies, caramel cupcake (if i'm not wrong) and 2 cups of pink lemonade! FYI, the chocolate brownies are awesome! :)
